Every day, Russia fires hundreds of drones and missiles at Ukraine. They target energy infrastructure, homes, and civilians. This is a war crime. It is designed to cause terror in Ukraine, to weaken the resolve of the people to defend themselves against Russia, and to leave people without energy during the winter.
The Interceptor Battery of The Air Defence Division, 3rd Assault Brigade, defends against these air attacks. They are experts in defending against Russian drones. Every day and night they save the lives of Ukrainians. They are also learning the lessons Europe and NATO needs to defend its own skies from Russian drone attacks.
Despite the war in their country they take the time to share what they know with us. In September they spent a week in London during London Defence Tech Week, sharing their knowledge at the European Defence Tech Hackathon and speaking at Resilience Conference. During the conference they told us how their R&D facility had been destroyed by a Russian missile attack. We came together to help rebuild it.
This fundraiser is to raise 35,000 Euro or more to help equip a new R&D facility. This will ensure they can continue to protect Ukrainians from Russian drones, but will also let them carry on adapting and developing drones, responding to Russian innovations, and creating the knowledge the whole of Europe and NATO needs to keep our skies safe.
All donations over 100 Euro will receive a unique patch with the division’s shoulder flash.

The North Atlantic Fella Organization (NAFO, French: Organisation des Fella de l'Atlantique nord, OFAN, a play on NATO, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization) is an Internet meme and social media movement dedicated to countering Russian propaganda and disinformation about the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.
We are a charity fund from Estonia that has been working since the beginning of the war in Ukraine. To date, we have helped deliver over €7 million in aid. By communicating directly with the units, we know exactly what types of vehicles they need. We rebuild these vehicles to ensure they are equipped with jammers, drone detector, new mud tires, and other necessary upgrades to withstand the frontline conditions.
