Wondering where your patch is? Here’s a simple guide to help you track it down:
- 1. Find Your Patch in the Spreadsheet: Remember, patches are organized into different tabs based on the month, so if you don't see your patch right away, it might be in a tab for a previous month.
- 2. Check the Key Dates Next to Your Patch: You'll find three important dates listed next to your patch:
- Ordered in UA: This date indicates when we placed the order for your patch with a local company in Ukraine.
- Sent to Estonia: This is when the patch, once completed in Ukraine, was sent to our hub in Estonia. Typically, this transportation takes 3-5 days.
- Shipped Worldwide: The date your patch was dispatched from Estonia to your address.
- It may take up to 7 days for delivery within Estonia.
- Up to 14 days for delivery within Europe.
- And up to 21 days for deliveries outside Europe.

If it’s been more than 21 days since the “Shipped Worldwide” date and your patch hasn't arrived, please reach out to email@example.com. Provide her with details about the patch campaign you supported and name specific design printed on your patch. This information will help her swiftly locate and track your donation.
